Designed for Success…
The event is structured to cover a lot of territory in a concentrated period of time. Pre-reading will be assigned, to optimize the instructor-led event.
The three and a half day period allows participants time to digest and comprehend materials, then experience hands-on application.
-This is a project-oriented continual improvement methodology.
-Participants have 6 months of
CISR Project coaching available.
Note: Six Sigma Project Leadership Skills (i.e. influencing without authority) are important in CISR, as well. Coaching includes leadership skills.

Why We Teach This Course
We have found most sustainability efforts extremely under-resourced. This results in many well-intentioned organizations having to stretch the truth on the effectiveness of their sustainability and social responsibility efforts.
At the same time, we find Six Sigma practitioners who want to do more, contribute more, towards sustainability.
This course prepares the multitudes of continual improvement professionals to authentically contribute to the sustainability performance of their organizations.
